With a color palette of pinks and reds and hearts and bows everywhere you look, there is truly no one who appreciates the magic of Valentine’s Day quite like your girlfriends. This holiday is the perfect excuse to lean into the details and create some magic with your GALS—set a pretty table, mix a fun cocktail, share in the perfect girls dinner, and pass the hours laughing and chit chatting with you besties.

GALentine’s Party Tips:

My favorite girls’ dinner menu always includes lots of cheese and a big, beautiful salad. To really round it out, pick up a few orders of McDonald’s fries—because salty fries belong at every girls’ night.

Put on your favorite rom-com in the background and set up a cozy lounge space where everyone can relax, sip a cocktail, and just chit chat.

Lean into the theme with heart-shaped ice, fun cocktail picks, and pink and red everything. If there’s ever a crowd that notices the cute details, it’s when you’re hosting your best gals.

Valentine’s Day has so many fun desserts, so keep it easy and grab some store-bought cookies and candies, then turn them into a festive dessert board to serve after dinner.

NEW ‘Elegant yet Easy’ Recipe- Pancetta, Mushroom & Gruyere Tart

This mushroom, pancetta, and Gruyère tart is one of those recipes that feels effortless but looks completely show-stopping. It’s wonderful served with a big green salad for an easy yet elevated meal, and also the perfect side or first course to a steak dinner or cut into small squares and passed as an appetizer. Rich, savory, and a little unexpected, this tart feels special without being fussy, making it the perfect addition to your Valentine’s or GALentine’s Day celebration. It’s the kind of recipe that turns a simple gathering into something memorable.
